Join us for a strictly limited couples weekend getaway in the State's premier wine region, where debauchery flows as freely as the finest vintages. ​Two stunning 5-star residences await, offering the perfect blend of sophistication and sinful indulgence.

 

Villa Seduction — 6 Bedrooms

• Absolute Beachfront house with views over the ocean.

• 6 bedrooms. 2 with King bed and ensuite the other 4 with queen beds (one bathroom between 2 rooms). Separate powder room.

• Big open plan kitchen, living and dining are with large TV. Separate 2nd TV room.

• Living area opens out onto large balcony with outdoor setting and barbecue.

• Ducted heating & cooling throughout.

 

Villa Temptation — 4 Bedrooms + dedicated play room

• Large beachfront modern holiday home with magnificent views over the bay.

• Double bedrooms all with ensuites. 2 have king beds and the others queen beds.

• Ducted air-conditioning throughout along with underfloor heating in main living area.

• Open plan living dining area opens out onto outdoor entertaining area with BBQ overlooking the ocean.

• This house will have one dedicated playroom located on the ground floor along with a bathroom/toilet.
   

​Delight your senses with wine tasting at renowned local wineries. Sip and savour a variety of exquisite vintages, guided by passionate sommeliers. Share intimate moments with your partner while you wander hand in hand through the vineyards, exploring local caves, climbing the lighthouse or visiting the local art galleries.

 

This is an invite only weekend and strictly limited numbers apply.

The itinerary for the weekend is broadly:

• Thursday: Arrive for group make-your-own pizza (provided) and drinks (byo), getting to know your fellow weekend adventurers followed by a private attendee only party. Some 'get-to-know' your fellow adventurer games introduce everyone in a safe and secure space. 

• Friday: The day's your own to explore the Southwest. In the evening, we adjourn to Dunsborough for an early dinner, prior to returning to the accommodation for class. Time for detention!  Channel your inner authority or rebellious student – either way, lessons will be learned.

• Saturday: Wine Tasting & Lunch @ a local winery. In the evening - Eyes Wide Shut with cloaks provided. Specially vetted local guests join us for the most decadent night of the weekend.

• Sunday: Time to recover and perhaps sleep in before hitting the ice-cream factory. In the evening, we dial it down to a private pyjama party – the perfect way to wind down together in luxurious comfort.

• Monday: Check out having made memories and perhaps having pushed those boundaries you’d not expected. 

 

All couples will have a chance to meet prior to the weekend at an exclusive cocktail party held in Perth CBD.

A deposit of $150 secures your spot, with full payment due 31 May. Total cost for the weekend is $900 per couple and includes:

• 4 nights 5* private house accommodation 

• Make your own pizza on Thursday evening

• Wine tasting Saturday

• All play requirements & game prizes​

 

Not included:

• Transport and travel insurance

• Alcohol and drinks

• Other meals

Important Details
Careful Vetting Process
All couples expressing interest will be carefully vetted to ensure compatibility with attending guests. Due to the extended nature of this retreat and the close proximity throughout the weekend, we take great care in curating a harmonious and respectful group dynamic. This ensures everyone has the opportunity to relax, connect, and enjoy the weekend to its fullest. Expressing interest does not guarantee a spot for the weekend. 

 

Respect & Consent
All activities are based on mutual respect, clear communication, and enthusiastic consent. Your comfort and boundaries are paramount. Participation in any activity is totally voluntary and there is NO expectations. We’re all coming (no pun intended) to mix with like-minded couples. We encourage safe sex. 

Privacy & Discretion
What happens at the event stays there. Discretion is expected by all attendees.

 

Accommodation
We are guests at the accommodation, and all damage will be billed to those responsible in the relevant house. Please treat the house and other guests with respect. Noise must be kept to a minimum outdoors and after 9pm all attendees must be indoors with doors closed and music turned down. 

 

Refunds and Payment Terms 

All payments made toward the booking are strictly non-refundable. If the outstanding balance is not received in full by the agreed due date, the booking will be deemed cancelled by the couple, and any deposit already paid will be forfeited in its entirety. We don't want to make big deal of it, but we're NOT commercial. We also pay our own way and seek to simply cover the total costs which are shared equally. As such there is very little extra built into the pricing. ​
